Because our products are health-related and often temperature-sensitive, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Order Accuracy

Please review your cart carefully before checkout. If you spot an error right after ordering, email us at hello@l2iwellness.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to help before your order ships, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, packing materials, and the item(s)

After review, eligible orders will be replaced at no additional cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked “Delivered”

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier to open a trace. Replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues are not guaranteed, but we’ll assist where possible.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Some items may require specific handling during transit. Please retrieve delivered packages promptly to protect product integrity.
