Shipping Policy

At L2I Wellness, we take great care to ensure your order is processed and shipped quickly and safely. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery times vary by location, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address. Certain products may have specific handling or packaging requirements that affect shipping costs.
4. Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some of our products are temperature-sensitive and may require special packaging. Please ensure someone is available to retrieve your order promptly after delivery to maintain product integrity. L2I Wellness is not responsible for products left unrefrigerated after delivery.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control. If your package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. L2I Wellness is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll assist where possible in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@l2iwellness.com and include clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll review and determine whether a replacement is appropriate under our Refund & Return Policy.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
