Suggested Use:

- Weeks 5–8: 5 mg (20 units)
- Weeks 9+: Stay at your current dose until progress slows or appetite suppression fades. When ready to increase:
- 7.5 mg (30 units)
- 10 mg (40 units)
- 12.5 mg (50 units)
- 15 mg (60 units)
